Welcome to Racking UAE, operated by Forton General Trading LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using our website at racking.ae (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:
- Using the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations of the United Arab Emirates

- Temporary storage in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing the content
- Files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
- Printing or downloading one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use
4. Products and Services
All racking systems, shelving solutions, mezzanine floors, material handling equipment, and related products and services described on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
Product images, specifications, dimensions, and load capacities displayed on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may vary from actual products. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that the images, colors, or descriptions on the Site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All prices, quotations, and estimates provided through the Site or in response to inquiries are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer unless expressly confirmed in a signed written contract.
5. Quotations and Orders
Submitting an inquiry or quote request through our Site does not create a binding agreement. All projects are subject to a formal quotation process, site assessment (where applicable), and written acceptance by both parties.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or project at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where product information contains inaccuracies, where pricing errors have occurred, or where we determine that the project requirements cannot be safely met.
6. Warranty and Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Forton General Trading LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Site
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
- Any content obtained from the Site
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Reliance on any information provided on the Site for engineering, structural, or safety decisions
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forton General Trading LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forton General Trading LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
